The Woman Behind the Brand:
Judy McCutcheon
Hi, my name is Judy McCutcheon, I am an Organizational Redesign Expert and a Finance Coach for women. I also enjoy working with women in mid-management positions to support them in getting promoted.
I wasn’t always this woman who has been labelled as the #BadassSpecialist. There was a time I was broken, empty and loss. There was a time I used money to fill the empty spaces inside. I tried finding my self and self-acceptance in all the wrong place and with the wrong people.
This seeking led me from relationship to relationship, which only led to a series of betrayals, which led to more pain and hurt. With years of pain and anger piled onto my proverbial back, I spiraled down the rabbit hole of depression.
What I could tell you about my time down the rabbit hole is that I found out that we are more resilient that we give ourselves credit for. There are always people in our corner if we only but look.
One strategy that I’ve always used is to believe the good things that people believed about me until I could believe in myself. We are very good at internalizing all the bad stuff and allowing them to dictate how we feel about ourselves. Use the reverse of that, I promise you it works.
In my journey back to me, I found out that I already had everything I needed, I just needed to unlock it.
Today, I am passionate about helping women live lives that they love through my various programs:

I am determined to quip women with the tools, strategies, and mindset necessary to step into their power, find their voice and own their Badass.
What does it mean to be badass?
A real badass is driven by values such as responsibility, justice, honor, courage, compassion, humility, integrity, self-worth, and selflessness.
A badass does what needs to be done, no matter how difficult it is, without complaint or any need for fanfare.
A badass doesn't take the path of least resistance.
A badass is someone who stands up for the weak and oppressed, and speaks the truth,
Wonder Woman is a badass, not only because she is rich, sexy, beautiful, and has a lot of cool gear (and is portrayed by Gal Gadot), but because she suffered in her life and devoted her life to justice.
It’s all about authenticity, empathy, and transparency. It’s practicing what you preach. Doing things fairly and balanced. And following through on one’s commitments.
There is an element of danger in the air...no one wants to mess with a woman who’s badass.
